New in the K2 snowboard footwear range is the Aspect. This supportive boot has been designed for all-terrain discoverers that are not afraid to hike for their turns. The fact that its part mountaineering, part snowboard boot is revealed by features like crampon compatibility and ultimate heel hold thanks to the BOA Conda liner tightening.

Outer boot
The outer boot has been constructed from leather, this proven material will stand up to the tear and wear of hiking and riding in challenging day after day, season after season. The Mountaineer outsole is the first of its kind. An outsole designed specifically for snowboarding and the mountaineering that some advanced riders get into in order to access the lines they crave. With Vibram rubber and a traditional lug design, this crampon compatible outsole is built to work with all the gear you need.

Liner
The Intuition Pro-foam 3D liner features high-density thermo-forming intuition foam that provides a precision fit and dialed riding performance that holds up to pro abuse. An integrated power strap and internal J bars with full body reinforcement, for powerful support, control and stay-tight closure. A 3D moulded EVA insole offers additional impact and vibration absorption.

Lacing
While the simple and repairable standard lacing offers the feel and flex you are used to in normal footwear. The BOA Conda Liner Lacing is a patented K2 liner lacing system that uses a urethane part to hug your ankle, creating the ultimate heel hold control. It also allows for adjusting liner tightness and heel hold on the fly from outside the boot with gloves on.
