Frequently Asked Questions - Vouchers

A maximum of 10 vouchers can be redeemed but there can only be one promotional or marketing voucher per order.

You can redeem your credit voucher, reclamation, or return voucher online or in-store in Austria, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Norway, Sweden, Italy, and Finland.

For online purchases, enter the voucher code, value, and name in the “Comment” field (Step 4 of checkout). If the voucher covers the full amount, select “prepayment/bank transfer” as your payment method. For partial payments, choose Credit Card or PayPal—once the voucher is applied, we’ll refund the corresponding amount.

In-store, simply provide the voucher code, value, and name at the counter.
