DELIVERY
- Delivery on working days from Monday to Friday.
- You must enter your phone number in the checkout process. If no one is available to accept your shipment at the delivery address, your driver will leave a door tag. Check the door tag to see if we delivered your package to a neighbouring address or for the tracking information and the date of the next delivery attempt.
- Alternatively, you can also provide a signed confirmation that authorizes FedEx to leave your package at a safe spot if you’re not at the delivery address.
RETURNS

VAT
If you have a non-EU delivery address, product prices are displayed without VAT. The delivery is carried out by FedEx, who will issue you with an import customs bill when your order enters the country.
Taxes
Regulations vary between countries, so we can’t give you exact information on the amount of the customs duties charged. However, FedEx will take care of the import and all required paper work.
Unfortunately, we can’t assume liability for any customs duties, so please inform yourself of your country’s customs regulations.
Guarantee
If your package gets lost on its way to you, you are covered by FedEx, who will refund you the full amount of your order.
Seguimiento del paquete
Puedes consultar el estado de tu pedido en tu cuenta de cliente o en Seguimiento de pedidos.
Una vez que se haya entregado el paquete a la empresa de mensajería, podrás estar al tanto de su estado en todo momento; para ello, introduce el número de seguimiento de tu pedido en el apartado correspondiente de la web del servicio de mensajería:
