Product description
The Stale Crewzer – a fun ride from Ståle Sandbech
Ståle Sandbech designed the Rome Stale Crewzer, his version of an everyday board that anyone can ride. With a new shape, fusion camber, and a medium yet poppy flex, this board is perfect for the whole mountain all season long. It comes with shock-absorbing Flax Impact Plates, giving it even more durability.
Riding style
A fun board suitable for all terrains and riders. Carving turns on the piste, surf turns in the powder, or enjoying creative runs in the park. With this board, the good times never end.
Shape
The directional twin shape has the advantage of a slightly longer nose than the tail, which provides increased powder float. However, the nose and tail share the same width, making switch-riding effortless.
Profile
The Fusion Camber profile combines a classic camber between the bindings with a rocker in the tip and tail. This creates a playful and forgiving riding experience while maintaining the camber's pop and precision.
Flex
The medium flex makes the board perfect for just about anything. Not too hard for jibbing and not too soft for powder runs.
Construction
The Pop Core features two zones of lightweight wood types combined with poplar wood, providing a buttery smooth ride with high power flex. The SinterStrong Base is easy to repair, with good wax absorption. A low-maintenance base for every rider level. HotRods are thin carbon, bamboo, or fibreglass tubes embedded in milled channels within the board's wooden core. This allows for precise placement and adjustment of flex and pop. For the Stale Crewzer, carbon strands were incorporated to enhance pop and durability. Flax Impact Plates at critical points absorb shocks, thereby ensuring longevity.

Snowboards are usually delivered ready-to-ride with a waxed base and sharpened edges. However, this so-called factory-tuning is not very durable and your new snowboard should be properly waxed after a few days and maintained on a regular basis.
