The Roxy Glider has a long pintail shape with a mellow concave, ideal for carving and cruising with a mellow feel.
Shape & Riding style
The long pintail shape is perfectly suited for carving and cruising but can handle the basics of other types of longboarding as well. The length and mellow concave of this board make it feel relaxed when you don’t want to push it.
Construction
This deck has been constructed from a combination of maple and bamboo wood, for more stability at higher speeds and durability.
Setup
The 150mm trucks are the right size for the Glider longboard, and they offer easier steering compared to standard trucks and better carving capabilities when you’re going downhill or when boardwalking. The 70mm wheels are small compared to the board, allowing for easy maneuverability, with an average hardness to provide the right balance between speed and grip for most riders.
