The Nitro Team binding features top comfort technologies with a focus on performance and durability

Simply put, the Nitro Team binding was built to offer the strength and fit needed for pro-level progression without sacrificing the comfort and flex required for endless days on the mountain. The Team is an all-round binding with freestyle-oriented flex and sophisticated features. It is designed to be Nitro's most versatile all-terrain performance binding.

Highback
The Jet Highback is designed a bit higher for maximum control. This highback wraps around the back of your boot to give you the right support for powder and park riding.

Baseplate
The two-piece Stealth Air Baseplate consists of the base and the minimised aluminium heel cup, which easily lets you adjust the binding to your boot for a perfect fit. The Nitro Air Dampening is lightest shock absorbing technology on the planet sucks up that hard landings and keeps your heels from getting bruised. This noticeable difference in ride and comfort does not sacrifice any response and control. The 3° Canted Footbed puts your body in the most natural and ergonomic position on the board. At the Board Saver Technology, corners on the base plate of the bindings are rounded to reduce a hard friction point where the binding and board meet. The rounded corners underneath the binding allow the board to flex more naturally around the binding base tray as well, allow for a more natural ride and less stress to the board in these areas.

Straps
The Premium Comfort Ankle Strap is developed to offer the perfect blend of response and comfort. Übergrip Toe Strap with Vibram© EcoStep™ Rubber are co-developed with VIBRAM®. The strap adapts to any boots toe box shape while the rubber keeps the strap in place, no matter how hard you stomp your landing, whether it’s wet or freezing.
Reinforced Ratchets And Connectors are over-molded stainless steel cables inside of the ratchets and connector straps – no more stretch and no more breaks. Forged Aluminum Speedwheel Buckles are the strongest and lightest aluminium levers combined with the smoothness of a polymer Speedwheel. These S-curved Easy Entry Ratchet straps stay out of your way when stepping into the binding. The wide-mouth Easy Entry Buckle funnel helps you guide the ratchet for a fast, precise bite of your buckles.

Very good

I chose to buy the Nitro Team Binding as I only had good experiences with Nitro in the past. Similar to their other products, the bindings are also a 100% reliable and of great quality. Especially in combination with a Nitro Boot they just make a great fit. I bought the binding in size M and I ride it all around the mountain. From park all the way to slopes and off-piste.

All parts of this binding are very long-lasting. The straps feel great and really pull your boot into the bindung. The highback gives loads of support and can be adjusted in terms of how radical you want to ride on your heeledge. This is especially helpful for carving and riding off-piste. Also the base gives good support for landing higher jumps. All in all I would recommend this binding to anybody who wants a binding that can do it all and likes to ride in various terrains. A true allrounder that is the perfect boot to board interface and finally also looks stylish.

As with any other binding I would recommend taking my board and boot to the shop and seeing if the setup matches together. You always want the boot to fit nicely into the binding, the straps to surround the boot perfectly and the binding not to be too big for the board. Give it a go and you will see, that the Nitro Team Binding will make a great match to 90% of the setups out there.

This binding gives a nice snug fit in the heel making it so that you do not really feel that you have a binding on - there are no slipping spots just a nice secure fit. The highback also gives you a lot of lateral support allowing you to really do tail presses and nose presses, also making it easy to initiate carves. I wear a size US 9.5 boot in the Medium Size and it fits well. I have a friend who has a size 10.5 boot and he has a pair of the larges and they seem to fit well. Overall very satisfied with the fit and the extra cables in the ladders - making it seem very STRONG!

Ich habe die Bindung bei den verschiedensten Bedingungen in verschiedenen Bereichen getestet. Darunter im Powder auf dem Nitro Treehugger Board und im Park auf dem Nitro Team Board. Für die Bindung habe ich mich entschieden weil ich meiner Meinung nach für den Preis die beste All-Mountainbindung bekomme! In jedem Bereich in dem ich sie getestet habe konnte sie mich mit ihrer Stabilität überzeugen! Man braucht im Tiefschnee weniger Kraft um guten Auftrieb zu haben und auf der Piste ist sie auch sehr direkt. Durch das Luftkissen an der Ferse ist das ganze nochmal angenehmer zu fahren verliert aber nicht an Agressivität. Begeistert war ich auch von den neuen Straps! Der Toestrap hält durch das Vibram extrem gut und verrutscht nicht. Wirklich einen Nachteil hatte ich nicht bei der Bindung bin extrem froh dass ich mich für diese Bindung entschieden habe. Ich habe für einen 27,5er Vans Schuh die Bindung in Größe M verwendet, hat perfekt gepasst!
