I am sorry for the delay, you ordered the article on Friday the 22.1. and we shipped it on Monday the 25.1. unfortunately the DPD currier had problems with the delivery since the UK customs could not process the delivery. We sent you an E-Mail that we received the article back on 25.2. and asked you if you wish to receive it again or if we should refund you, we are still waiting on a reply.
Following this Feedback I presume you would like to have a refund, and will make it happen.
I apologize for the inconvenience and the problems with the delivery to the UK.
