Collect in-store

You can collect your order, free of charges, in one of our shops by simply selecting your desired shop location in the step ‘delivery’ of the ordering process. As soon as your goods are ready for pick-up, you will be notified via e-mail. You may, of course, still try on the goods and choose not to buy them.

Cost

This option is always associated with extra costs. The Delivery price is determined by package weight, and will be charged directly to you after the ordering process. You can see the prices ahead of time in the table below.

With airfreight, an important factor apart from weight is also the dimensions of a package, which means that bulky items (e.g. Large suitcases, Surfboards, etc.) will be classed at a higher weight. Therefore, Express-delivery costs cannot be calculated beforehand for bulky products. If you have any questions, ask our Customer Service, we’re happy to help!

Delivery Attempts

There will be up to two attempts made to deliver the package to your address. If no one is present to receive the package, it will be stored in the nearest postal office ready to be picked up within the next 7 workdays.

FedEx Freight

We deliver surf and SUP boards with a length up to 9.2 ft via FedEx Freight. Please note: For longer SUP boards please contact our customer service in order to enquire about a special consignment.
