Health comes first, both for you as a customer and for our employees. Because of restrictions due to the Covid-19 virus we would like to update you on our current situation:

The Online Shop is still running!
We have made appropriate safety arrangements. This is how most employees work from home and our warehouse employees work in adapted duties, only according to the highest hygiene standards according to all specifications of the Ministry of Health. The products and your parcel are handled with great care and with extra measures. This means that you can order from us without any doubt.
Due to loosening of the authorities, we are happy to welcome you again in our shops:

The health of our customers and employees remains our top priority. In order to continue to guarantee this, our shops have additional security measures in place. These include wearing masks and a maximum capacity of customers in the shop at the same time (wearing a mask is not mandatory in Switzerland and the Netherlands).

Our shipping partners also follow the official health and hygiene measures. This means that the delivery can also be made without contact.
In general, you can maintain the delivery time that is communicated on the website. Please keep in mind, that there may be an occasional delay, in the regions put under quarantine.

- Order tracking: please check the status of your order just with your order number and e-mail address.
- Shipping confirmation: Once your order has shipped, you can use the tracking tools provided by the shipping companies with your parcel number to track your shipment. You can find the tracking link in the shipping confirmation we sent you via email.
- Shipping partners’ websites: Use our shipping partners’ websites to find out about their current delivery restrictions. To find out which shipping companies we work with, check the shipping methods and the specifics of your order in your shipping confirmation.

We have extended our return period: You can now return orders within 45 days.
This is so there is no rush to return your order, which could be in isolation or quarantine with you.
Orders made with the payment method 'purchase on account' are excluded. Here the 21 day returns still applies.

Cash on delivery
We have temporarily removed the payment and shipping method, cash on delivery to stop any direct contact between you and the parcel delivery company.
