Forget about gravity and go for unreal rides and adventures with the Antigravity. On Mt. Weird, the home of Gnu, snowboards are continuously evolved. The latest result is the Antigravity: Inspired by the future, tested over time and refined to absolute perfection with the Gnu Crew. An all mountain / freeride board to have unreal fun in all conditions and terrain.
The Antigravity is the choice for intermediate / advanced riders looking for an all mountain / freeride board that has that certain something.
This directional shape provides you with some extra float in the powder and excellent switch riding capabilities. Due to the setback of the bindings towards the tail, the nose gets a little bit longer. However, the nose and the tail are equally wide, so landing switch is no problem. The Magne-Traction® serrated edges give great edge hold all over the mountain, especially on hard pack and ice.
The C3 profile is a classic camber profile with a mild rocker between the bindings. This offers precise edge control from nose to tail and maximum stability for high airs and landings. The mild rocker makes the board a bit more playful and offers more float than conventional camber profiles.
The medium flex of the Antigravity allows you to rip pow, press your way through jibs, spin your body in weird ways and carve up everything, from slush to ice.
The Chromatic is built with Gnu’s Unreal G1 Eco Construction: The core consists of Aspen and Paulownia, making the core lightweight, sustainable, strong and poppy. Bi-ax and Tri-ax fibreglass surrounds the core and adds the needed stiffness and durability. The Ultra High Molecular Weight Sidewalls made from soy-based elastomer are laminated to five internal wood layers for totally bombproof sidewalls. The Eco-Sublimated Co-Ex Base is tough, fast and easy to maintain. A Gnu sublimation system exclusive oddity that loves a good wax, but still slides great even when you forget to. Finally, the Eco Sublimated Textured Poly Topsheet features a tough and eco-sublimated layer to complete the construction.

Gnu have been around since the birth of snowboarding, claiming weird, open minded experimentation to be their job. They have worked with mysterious materials, bizarre geometries, contours and board shapes, far out art and colors, odd terrain and freakish riders to create fantastic progressive snowboards that have helped take snowboarding to wild and magical places. A brand we are happy to call one of the family.
