Not satisfying

Achat d'un pull Ellesse fort cher. Après un lavage les lettres ELLESSE se decollent. Le SAV est nul il faut renvoyer le pull et attendre 6 semaines pour savoir s'ils l'echangent (contre la même contrefaçon ?)

Bonjour, Merci de votre commentaire. Nous sommes vraiement desolés du défaut du pull. Dès que nous recevrons le pull en retour, nous l enverrons au fournisseur. Bien sûr cette procedure peut prendre quelques semaines mais ses informations etait indiqué sur notre site internet. Mes collègues vous ont proposer un ramassage gratuit pour le retour du pull.
