The Storm has been introduced last season and quickly made its way into the hearts of all powder-loving girls out there. It's a freeride cruiser for all conditions on every terrain. Everything is built for maximum precision, performance and control in the backcountry on deep days.
The Storm is an all-mountain / freeride board. Fresh powder and steep lines is all it needs.
Of course, a freeride board like the Storm has Freeride 3BT™. That's a directional shape with a significantly longer nose, a shorter tail and setback. The new SideKick™ Tips increase the edge uplift on the widest points of nose and tail for easier turn initiation, more float and better handling in rough terrain.
Freeride 3BT™ has a narrow centre base and a generous edge uplift for swift edge transfers and velvety powder turns. Combined with Bataleon's Dynamic Camber control on every terrain is guaranteed.
The medium flex (5/10) provides stability, control and a dose of playfulness.
The Light Core is a 50-50 Swiss paulownia and poplar woods blend for optimal strength to weight properties. Three-way weave of fibreglass is light, strong and responsive. The D.S.T, the Dual Super Tube wood core upgrade, has two hollow carbon rods milled into the bottom of the core to enhance pop. Carbon Stringers are feather light and add explosive pop, precise edge control, reactive response and smooth dampening to this board. The Hyper Glide S Base is the standard sintered base that’s tough and fast, and faster when waxed.
