The Chubby 5’8 fully commits to the shorter, wider and flatter concept. This compact shape is a secret weapon for messy, wind-affected conditions and short-period swells. Whether in the Mediterranean, the North or Baltic Sea, or onshore-blown Atlantic waves, the Chubby stays fast, stable and agile.
Early entry and speed through weak sections
With its wide nose and flat rocker, the board accelerates quickly and catches waves early with minimal paddling. Weak sections are easy to glide through, while the dedicated tail shape combined with a matching bottom design maintains speed even in critical turns. Best suited for knee- to head-high waves that are not hollow or overly steep.
