The adjustable Active S-Vent System channels air over and around the skier’s head removing stagnant air from the helmet. The vacuum effect created when the S-vents are open, is even more easily adjustable thanks to a shell construction, allowing the rider to determine the right amount of airflow.
The G-Vent System is SCOTT ’s most advanced helmet venting system. Intake vents placed on the front of the helmet, just above the goggle, pull air through the goggle frame removing stagnant air that causes fogging. The result is a venting system that allows your goggle and helmet to breathe more efficiently.
The MRAS Fit System offers full adjustability to ensure a customized and comfortable fit for your head shape. Adjust the height of the rear ergonomic cradle and dial in the perfect pressure using the micro adjustment dial. MRAS ensures your helmet fits securly and comfortably, leaving you to focus on the road or trail ahead.
During the in-mold manufacturing process, the outer shell of polycarbonate material is fused with the helmet’s impact absorbent foam liner, creating a super lightweight outer shell.With reduced weight and bulk surrounding the head, in-mold helmets are more comfortable than traditional helmets.
Celebrating their 60th anniversary in 2018, Scott has helped reinvent the sport of skiing from day one. In 1958 Ed Scott invented the first tapered aluminium ski pole, which quickly replaced the use of steel and bamboo. From there on out, Scott took on the position as the technical product lead in skiing. Having expanded into several other action sports over the years, Scott are sure to keep us on our toes for the next 60 years to come.
