The choice of X-Games athletes Russ Henshaw, Nick Goepper, Devin Logan, McRae Williams, Kevin Rolland and Emma Dahlstrom. The IL MORO ID is one of the best speciality ski boots for new school skiers. The IL Moro ID is built on Dalbello’s Krypton chassis and offers the full array of Dalbello’s technology: Cabrio design, centre balanced “Rocker” stance and a full length, shock absorbing “Landing Gear” footboard.
The Cabrio design is a 3 piece construction - shell/cuff/tongue – that comfortably secures the foot and lower leg while optimizing smooth and progressive flexibility. The My Fit system allows the liner and shell to be thermo-customised in several levels. The flex and performance can be changed by changing the tongue. The pre-moulded Contour 4 shell offers extra space on the scaphoid, ankle, heel and metatarsal.
The I.D Max liner offers a balanced foot support and maximum shock absorption with a high wearing comfort. The liner is made of heat-mouldable Ultralon® EVA foam. Thus it can be perfectly adjusted to the foot after 10-12 minutes of warming up. In addition, there is no overlapping in the tongue area.
The forefoot buckle is inverted to close on top of the boot shell, not on the side. The top closure positioning prevents buckle breakage and bending during slides, grinds, jumps, and transitions. The Dynalink heel retention is an independently functioning buckle which minimises foot sliding, heel lift and boot shell distortion.
Dalbello is the only ski boot brand in the world to still make all of their boots in one single factory. Their boots are still largely hand crafted and Dalbello is continuously working on innovating technology and improving the quality of materials as well as the comfort, lightness and fit of their boots. Their main goal is to create boots that athletes will love. Dalbello work with a large team of athletes to progress and improve their products all as a part of the "Italian family".
