The Omni is a freeride cruiser for all conditions on every mountain. Everything is built for maximum precision, performance and control in the backcountry on deep days.
The Omni is an all-mountain freeride board. Fresh powder and steep lines is all it needs.
Of course a freeride board like the Omni needs to have Freeride 3BT. That's a directional shape with a significantly longer nose, a tapered tail and a setback.
Freeride 3BT has a narrow centerbase and a generous edge uplift for swift edge transfers and velvety powder turns. The whole Triple Base including the inserts is set back to maintain control and speed in the deeps with less effort.
The mid-hard flex provides stability and aggressiveness in powder.
A poplar wood core is streaked along the rails with beech wood and additionally reinforced with tri-axial fiberglass. This means massive pop and more edgehold and stability. The Kevlar Fleece in the binding area provides a precise power transmission from your feet to the board as well as from edge to edge. The sintered base is hard and fast, but wax it good!

You'll be interested to know that Bataleon has its roots in the Netherlands. Yes, you read that right - THE NETHERLANDS! They don't even have mountains there! Yet somehow, they have managed to create some of the best snowboards around. Their patented 3BT™ (Triple Base Technology) lets them produce boards with traditional camber AND lifted contact points, giving you a smoother, faster and lighter ride. Who doesn't want that?
