The Atomic Bent Chetler 120 represents pure riding pleasure in epic powder conditions. The big boss of the Bent Chetler ski family, the 120, is a powder-friendly wide ride that will have you hunting the steepest line and the deepest pow. There’s no skier too skilled for the Bent Chetler 120. For off-piste, heli-skiing, backcountry adventures, or switch landings in the deepest snow, it’s going to deliver whatever you demand of it.
A freeride/powder ski for experts. Shape, design, profile and construction have been specially designed to deliver the best performance in powder. Maximum flotation and manoeuvrability for deepest snow.
This ski comes with a directional twin shape, the nose is a few millimetres wider than the tail with a central binding position. Thus, the ski offers the same riding characteristics forward and switch. However, due to the slightly wider nose, you get a bit more float in the soft snow.
The Powder Rocker profile features a tip and tail rocker with regular camber underfoot. This profile gives the skis a good amount of pop and control. The tip and tail kick up with an early rise for a catch-free feeling and more float in the powder.
At the Full Sidewall construction, the sidewall runs across the full length of the ski for precise riding characteristics. Ideal for high-performance skis. The Light Woodcore is made of poplar wood. This full wood core reduces the weight, dampens vibrations and improves running smoothness. The HRZN Tech in tip and tail is reminiscent of the shape of a spoon. It offers 10 % more surface area at the ski ends and provides sensational float in powder. The Carbon Backbone is an ultra-light carbon insert from tip to tail. This improves the edge grip and reduces the weight at the same time.
Taking a giant leap into the unknown, Atomic have made themselves synonymous with freestyle skiing.
