The Encore OG is designed for women who want a lightweight and comfortable boot that is great for any skill level and terrain. Thanks to the Single Boa lacing system, you can close and open the boot super fast. The V1 Waffle Lug outsole and the classic Vans side stripe, provide the unmistakable, original Vans style.

Outer boot
The original Vans Waffle outsole is a legendary skate classic. The V1 Waffle Lug outsole pays homage to that timeless, vulcanised look that still makes Vans distinctive.

Liner
The V1 UltraCush™ liner consists of a dual-density, heat-moldable core. The fleece cuff with UltraCush™ inner padding, provides extra cushioning and warm feet. The single-layer V1 PopCush footbed comes with an improved, 3D-molded, anatomical shape. The Nylex top layer with Airflow perforations ensures a comfortable climate in the boot.

Lacing system
The Boa® Coiler™ lacing system is fast, super strong and gives you the ability to adjust the boot to the millimeter. With a turntable you can tighten the upper and lower zone of the boot. The result is a secure and even fit throughout the boot, with the best support in the heel area.

Die Boots habe ich in der Skiregion Semmering - Stuhleck, bei sehr guten Pistenverhältnissen
(Neuschnee) ausprobiert. Normalerweise trage ich bei Straßenschuhen Größe 38, beim Kauf der Vans Encore Pro 2019 entschied ich mich aber für Größe 39 - da ich das Gefühl hatte, dass sie relativ eng geschnitten sind. Ich entschied mich hauptsächlich für Vans - weil ich neugierig war, was die Brand abseits von Streetwear noch so drauf hat. Mit einer Stiffness von 6 ist der Schuh eher auf der härteren Seite angesiedelt - das merkte ich dann auch auf der Piste. Wenn der Schuh noch nicht eingefahren ist, ist er sehr hart - komfortabel wird er dann aber nach ein paar Abfahrten. Mit 2 BOA Rädchen kann man den Schuh sehr schnell individuell einstellen. Alles in Allem ein super stylischer Schuh, der sehr schnell und einfach individuell anpassbar ist und auch schön warm hält. Ich empfehle den Schuh eine Nummer größer zu kaufen.

O mně:

Seit über 6 Jahren snowboarde ich und verbringe gut 20 Tage in der Saison auf dem Berg - dabei bin ich hauptsächlich auf der Piste unterwegs. Beim Snowboaden ist mir Spaß, Sicherheit sowie einfache & schnelle Handhabung des Equipments am wichtigsten. Größe: 170cm, Gewicht: 51 - 60kg, Local Area: Stuhleck, Hebalm, Weinebene

Ich wollte schon immer Boots in denen ich nicht aus der Ferse rutsche, mich drinnen wohlfühle und die noch dazu gut aussehen. Aufgrund meiner schmalen Füße war es schwierig die perfekten Boots für mich zu finden. In den Vans ENCORE Pro 2019 Snowboardboots habe ich den perfekten Halt. Die Boots sind ausgestattet mit zwei BOA Rädchen, die dir die Stabilität geben, die du beim boarden brauchst. Das Rädchen auf der Seite des Schuhes ist für den perfekten Fersenhalt gedacht. Man dreht es zu und der Fuß wird nach hinten gedrückt, sodass man nicht mehr rausrutschen kann. Das nächste Highlight ist die V2 Waffleflex Außensohle, die das Boardgefühl verbessert und noch dazu super aussieht. Ich habe die Boots sowohl im Powder als auch auf der Piste getestet und bin voll zufrieden. Für Mädls mit schmalen Füßen kann ich die Vans Encore Pro Snowboardboots nur weiterempfehlen. Außerdem passen die Boots, aufgrund der Farbe und des Designs, perfekt zu jedem Outfit und Snowboard.

O mně:

Ich fahre seit 21 Jahren Ski und habe in dieser Saison mit dem Snowboarden begonnen. In der Saison verbringe ich gut 60 - 70 Tage auf dem Berg. Ich bin so oft es möglich ist abseits der Pisten unterwegs. Beim Freeriden kann ich abschalten und den Moment genießen. Ich liebe es früh am Morgen die ersten Schwünge in den Tiefschnee zu ziehen.
