Chima Ferguson brings comfort and skateability to a new level of smoothness. The Chima is based on some of his favourite Vans Classics Shoes, but now beefed of for skate durability featuring a seamless toe with a layer of Vans rubber Duracap material, canvas upper, leather detailing at the tongue and collar, brass eyelets, a PU based Vans UltraCush Lite Sock liner for board feel and impact absorption and a lightweight skate friendly Single Wrap Pro Vulc sole construction. Sticking to the classic Vans silhouette the Vans Chima Ferguson Vans skate shoe comes with leather details at the tongue and collar, a logo tag and the heel is surrounded by a clean Navy Blue Hawaiian print making the Vans Chima pro model shoe not only a great skate shoe for any type of riding, but a pair with a clean look that will never go out of style.

Ich bin ein sehr großer Fan des Old Skool Designs und allgemein vom Tragekomfort der Vans Schuhe. Mein Schuh hat leider nach der ersten Session schon ein Loch bekommen welches sich immer weiter ausgebreitet hat. Jedoch ist unter dem Obermaterial eine Schicht Gummi welcher den Schuh noch länger halten lässt. Diese ist nach einigen langen Sessions leider ein wenig aufgerissen, doch zu meiner Verwunderung ist darunter noch eine Schicht. Um ein komplettes durchreißen zu verhindern, habe ich eine Schicht Shoe Goo drauf geschmiert damit der Schuh noch lange Zeit hält.

Tragekomfort und Boardcontrol war super, aber man bekommt recht schnell Löcher rein und die Sohle hat sich auch schnell abgelöst. In Zukunft werde ich dieses Modell wohl nur zum Cruisen und im Alltag verwenden, da ich das Design sehr liebe.
