Wit the Evolution helmet, TSG offers you one of the slimmest helmets available on the market, thanks to their snug and low fit technologies. Impacts on the concrete can be very hard at skating that’s why this helmet features an ABS outer shell and EPS Impact foam inner shell for your safety the optimum of protection for your head. To maintain a perfect and comfortable fit, TSG designed this helmet in an anatomical shape – it will fit your head better than ever. Pressure points are avoided and you will hardly notice that you are wearing a helmet. Additionally, 14 screened aerodynamic vents help to keep your head cool and dry during your hot skating session.
TSG designs their helmets differently from their competitors. They have analyzed the most diverse heads and determined a basic anatomical shape. This allows to follow exactly the curves of the human head shape. You can see this very well when you look at a TSG helmet from the front: The sides of the helmet shell have more curvature and go clearly inwards. The outline of the TSG helmets at the sides and at the back is round and not straight down like with other helmets. With this production TSG achieves a so-called contact ring inside the helmet. Here the head touches the helmet all around. In order to lift the TSG helmet from the head, more power is needed than with competition models. This is important so that the helmet does not slip during use and above all remains in the correct position even in the event of a fall.
Tuned Fit System
Tune Tuned Fit System allows a rider to dial in their fit using different thickness pads on the interior of the helmet. The TSG helmets always come with two sizes of pads. Each size comes in a different color which makes it easy to determine the right pads to fit the helmet to the head. It is very important to adjust the helmet with these included pads. For example, if necessary, the slightly thicker pads can be mounted on the back of the head and the pad for the front of the head can be thinner, or vice versa.

In 1988 Titus Dittmann saw the need for solid skateboard protection which would protect skaters from injury without limiting their movement. His determination and creative spirit helped him to create TSG. When Tony Hawk landed on his head during a loop attempt wearing a TSG helmet and walked out of it without a scratch, the brand took off. TSG work with several non-profit projects that provide humanitarian help for children using skateboarding or mountain biking as a medium.
