The Saturday by Ride has everything to make a great day on the hill even better. The Twin Hybrid Rocker is combined with a medium flex for a board that allows you to get wild and crazy in every terrain. The shape and profile offer a lot of float and versatility for the steepest and deepest lines you can find. Every day is Saturday when you’re on the mountain.
The Ride Saturday is probably one of the most fun boards out there if you’re all about cruising fresh powder and speeding down the mountain with a group of friends. Due to its twin shape and the medium flex, it is also perfect for the park.
The perfectly symmetrical Twin shape offers a balanced ride that’s equally versatile when ridden regular or switch.
The Twin Hybrid Rocker profile is a unique rocker/camber pattern defined by a pronounced tip and tail rocker and subtle camber between the bindings. This profile improves freestyle finesse by keeping your tips playful while maintaining the power and pop of camber underfoot.
The medium flex is stiff enough for hard charging powder riding but gives you the playful feel that you need when executing freestyle moves.
The Performance Core is made of Aspen combined with bamboo and lightweight paulownia wood to provide the perfect balance of strength and weight. Hybrid Glass is triaxial on top and biaxial on base for balanced torsion and stiffness, which results in a better response. The Carbon 3 Array laminates are widespread carbon stringers placed at the binding zone to gather input from any stance width and all pressure angles. Rider input is then channelled to the opposing contact point for maximum board control. Slimewalls® are forgiving and ductile, absorbing impacts rather than defending against them. On top of all that, these babies are virtually indestructible, the most durable sidewalls in snowboarding. The Impact Plates are added underneath each binding area to improve compressive strength and prevent board breaks where it matters most. The Cleave Edge™ Steel features nearly 50 % more steel and delivers unmatched resistance to edge cracking and can be detuned to larger radii. The extruded base is very tough, user-friendly and offers good speed without waxing frequently. Scratches can also be repaired relatively easily. The Linear Carbon technology features two strips of carbon added below the core provide more snap for ollie power.
RIDE was created out of the vision of being a snowboard company "for the people", built on technical innovation, superior quality and "selling the dream,". Staying true to this every step of the way, RIDE have come a long way since launching the company in 1992 with only 4 board models to their name. With some of the highest quality boards, boots and bindings on the market, as a relatively small player, RIDE have managed to establish themselves as an industry leader in the snowboarding world.
