The TRAVERSE 30 backpack is perfect for long day tours or multi-day tours. The ergonomically shaped shoulder straps and the broad hip belt ensure a balanced distribution of even heavy weights. In addition to a large main compartment, which can be accessed quickly via a circumferential zipper, this backpack has further compartments in the cover pocket and inside the backpack, as well as a slot pocket on the front. Your drinking bottle is always close at hand in the elastic side pockets. Features such as a rain cover and a clever hiking pole fastening are also included, as is hydration system compatibility, a hip pocket and a holder for sunglasses on the shoulder strap. The TRAVERSE 30 is rounded off with images of Alpine emergency signals in the cover pocket.
BACK SYSTEM: COMFORT CONTACT
The contact pads in Ortovox ALPINE SERIES light-weight back system ensure permanent circulation of air, and make Ortovox backpacks a pleasure to wear during activities that involve a great deal of movement. In addition, the soft pads offer extremely high wear comfort.
Material: Nylon 210D Duramax® Ripstop
Ortovox came to life when Gerald Kampel and Jürgen Wegner developed the first double frequency transceiver to aid in avalanche victim searches. They have since grown into one of the biggest producers of avalanche safety gear on the market. In 1995 they added merino underwear to their selection, and we have been hooked ever since!
