This Binding is very nice. I like a strongholding and firm stance when riding. I purchased the NX2 in combination with the Burton Ion BOA boot, which is quite stiff and i thought that this combo may be a match made in heaven..
I rode the bindings and boots for approximately 2 weeks and had absolutely no problems. No sore feet.
I like that the binding is lightweight, the materials make this possible (aluminum mostly). This means it is quite rigid or stiff but at the same time playful and responsive. The EVA pad didnt get all messed up, i usually dont treat my stuff too well , but these still looked new after quite a bit of (ab)use.
The highback entry was basically the main reason i choose the NX2 , it worked easliy and i was in and out quick.
The price and quality fit well for me. I know sometimes you can get a similar product at a lower price but it doesnt always mean it's as good. The NX2 is a nice quite simple binding that goes all mountain but can be used just as well on the Piste .
