Andrew Geeves designed his pro model off of the Sixties board that he previously created for DWD. Meant for all-mountain riders who see the mountain as one giant playground. It's a wide and playful board with graphics customized by Andrew and little Penny, with a shout-out to everyone's favourite fuzz ball, Fern.
For those riders that look at their surroundings as one big playground and like to ride the backcountry, shred pillow lines and jump everything.
The perfectly symmetrical True Twin shape offers a balanced ride that’s equally versatile when ridden regular or switch.
The traditional Camber profile is an advocate of powerful turns and poppy precision, camber speaks to the core values of board design. Offering a snappy suspension, camber distributes weight evenly over the entire length of the board for smooth, continuous edge control from tip to tail. If you like to haul ass and go big, camber is irreplaceable.
A medium-stiff flex will ensure precise response and a lively feel.
The Full Poplar Woodcore is very lightweight with great strength and predictable flex characteristics. Poplar gives a great balance of lightness, strength, consistent flex and pop meaning you always know what your board is going to do next. The birch reinforcement along the mounting system increases the durability of the insert area. ABS (Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) would probably taste bad in your daily meal, but it's the best material for sidewalls. The molecular structure can be described as a concrete bar with rubber nuggets inside, combining toughness for energy transfer and dampening properties for impact absorption. The sintered base is an industry standard for quality base materials. It provides a moderate balance between the speed created by a hard surface and good wax retention.
This board comes in 'Wide' version. It is wider than normal boards and developed especially for snowboarders with large feet (EU size 44+) to avoid too much overhang of the boots. Wide boards also give you better float in powder.
