The 156 by DC is responsive and snappy on jumps and still perfect on rails and boxes. It' a great and versatile all-terrain board for advanced freestyle riders. The true twin shape with blunted tips, traditional camber profile and lightweight Fresh Deck topsheet combine for an unmatched freestyle-savvy ride packaged in the most commonly requested size.
Riding Style
An all-mountain/park board for intermediate to advanced level riders. This board comes with all the features you need as an ambitious park rider. The camber profile makes the board stable, precise and offers a lot of pop. Perfect for high speeds on big kickers and for shredding the whole mountain.
Shape
The perfectly symmetrical True Twin shape offers a balanced ride that’s equally versatile when ridden regular or switch.
Profile
The traditional camber profile consists of only one positive preload from nose to tail. This profile offers high stability, good edge control and a lot of pop. However, camber boards are not very forgiving and may even catch an edge more easily.
Flex
The stiff flex provides stability at high speeds and insane amounts of control while offering you a very responsive and precise feeling with loads of pop.
Construction
The Light core features alternating stringers of poplar and ultra lightweight paulownia throughout the length. The stability of this wood core provides a smooth flex in dc's lightest core. The Fresh Deck Topsheet construction gives this board the fresh poppy feel of a new skate deck by using selected natural wood. The sintered base is very fast but requires careful maintenance.
