Like his big bro, the Atomic Bent Chetler Mini has blown up the rulebook for what’s possible in powder. Designed by the legend Chris Benchetler himself, the Powder Rocker in the tip and tail combined with a fat 90 mm waist width delivers the flotation of your dreams and killer performance in powder. In addition, the ski comes with a Cap Sidewall construction, for even more stability on harder snow.
A freestyle/powder ski for young riders. Shape, design, profile and construction have been specially designed to deliver the best performance in powder. While giving you the edge hold for fast turns on hard snow anywhere on the mountain.
This ski comes with a directional twin shape, the nose is a few millimetres wider than the tail with a central binding position. Thus, the ski offers the same riding characteristics forward and switch. However, due to the slightly wider nose, you get a bit more float in the soft snow.
The Powder Rocker profile features a tip and tail rocker with regular camber underfoot. This profile gives the skis a good amount of pop and control. The tip and tail kick up with an early rise for a catch-free feeling and more float in the powder.
The Cap Sidewall construction features a Cap construction in the tip and tail with a sidewall underfoot. The Cap construction in the tip and tail reduces the swing weight while the sidewall makes the ski more durable. A core of Densolite foam absorbs vibrations and makes the ski agile.
Taking a giant leap into the unknown, Atomic have made themselves synonymous with freestyle skiing. With the help of freeski giants such as Jossi Wells, Atomic has taken the freeski scene by storm innovating not only their image but skiing itself. With some of the flyest freeskis on the market, Atomic have broken the mold that only had space for alpine racing.
