The Windham WaveCel helmet offers advanced protection with premium fit and comfort features in a low-profile, lightweight style.

The Anon Windham WaveCel helmet combines 3D cell protection with an in-mould construction of a lightweight shell lined with EPS and WaveCel. The model is kept slim and low in profile. WaveCel is a compressible cell structure that lines the inside of the helmet and can mitigate impact and rotational force by bending it, reduce impact velocity by compressing it, and redirect energy away from the head by displacing it. For added comfort and fit, a 360° BOA® adjustment system allows for quick and easy one-turn adjustments, and the Fidlock® magnetic helmet strap buckle can be easily operated with one hand, even with gloves on. Polartec® Power Grid® fleece lining and ear pads provide quick drying and warmth for comfort throughout the day.

WaveCel® helps disperse impact energy through its network of cells, reducing impact forces similar to a car's crumple zone and then dissipating rotational forces by bending and shifting

For me, looking for a new helmet the most important thing was the fit. I mostly ride powder and backcountry related stuff these days and for the helmet I wanted it to have leading safety features and durable hard shell. I chose size large helmet because it was perfect fit for me.

I rode with this helmet in variable conditions and I liked it. I fits perfect with my goggles and doesn't leave any gap between them. For warmer days I really like passive ventilation channels ,which draw fresh air in the front and pull moisture out the back. That was very important detail for me when choosing a helmet. WaveCel was also a nice plus to have in this product, it will help the prevent brain injuries with rotational flex motion. Fidlock buckle was also nice and easy use, because of magnet I was able to open it easily with my gloves on. Only minus compare to some other helmets in a same price range was that this one was a bit heavier than many other helmets.

All and all I have only positive experience about this helmet. It works perfectly for my needs. I chose black color one and I have to say it also looks good. If then fit is right for you, this will cover all you're needs when you are looking for a high end helmet.
