Henrik Harlaut - The Swedish multitalent with the distinct haircut
Henrik Harlaut – this name stands for a whole lot of talent, creativity and especially hair.
This Blue Tomato team rider was only two years old when he stood on skis for the first time. After trying alpine ski racing for a short period when he was young, he changed his slalom skis for a pair of twin tips, mainly due to Swedish freeski pro Jacob Wester's influence. Soon Henrik was mixing things up in the freeski scene. He's been a familiar face in competitions, frequently landing on the podium in events like the X-Games, WSI-Big Air-Tour and Dew Tour.
The latest masterpiece from the Inspired Movie crew is another homage to what freeskiing has to offer nowadays. The pro riders Phil Casabon and Henrik Harlaut are demonstrating their style and present skills that are out of this world. We from Blue Tomato are particularly proud to call Henrik Harlaut one of our team riders.

An expert in skiing but also a truly creative individual, Henrik found his partner with the Inspired Media Movement, which was founded in 2010. Besides designing clothing and skateboards, they're producing their own freeski movies which include Henrik as a rider. According to Henrik this is the “coolest part about skiing”, because here he can express his style and his tricks even better - exactly the way HE intends to. In the past Henrik took part in numerous other freestyle productions but Inspired Media grants him more freedom in this rather stressful life as a pro skier.

Besides signature skis and boots Henrik has a real talent to work with established brands and create high performance products. In cooperation with Oakley he created a goggle which is undisputed this season: Oakley's Flight Deck Harlaut Sig Mad X. You may not ride as well as Henrik this instant but you'll definitely look just as gnarly - except for Henrik's unique hairstyle. The goggle is the ultimate tool for the best view on and off the piste.

The top notch event: the B&E Invitational
The freeski duo Phil Casabon (aka B-Dog) and Henrik Harlaut (aka E-Dollo) annually hosts the freestyle mega event B&E Invitational. 20 of the best skiers from around the world are invited to compete against each other in one of the most individual and creative freestyle contests. The parks created by Henrik and Phil offer various possibilities for all riders to choose a run. On different rails, walls, kickers and transitions all pro riders can experiment and, thus, present an epic amount of extraordinary skiing skills, style and a whole lot of fun.
In March 2016 the B&E Invitational was held for the third and for now last time in Les Arcs, France. By now it's way more than just a contest. It's more like a festival with lots of parties and concerts. Besides the young freeskiing elite freestyle legend Candide Thorvex took part as well and showed everyone that he hasn't forgotten how to shred the park. Henrik Harlaut and Candide dominated in all five categories but to show the significance of this special event they split the prize money and distributed it among all competing riders. Another statement that the B&E Invitational isn't only about winning, but about having a lot of fun with your friends. We're congratulating every contestant and hope for a new event next year!
