• Right to return goods
  You have a 21 day right to return period on all orders.
  The return of products could not be easier. Should the product not meet your requirements then you can use your right to return or exchange – this means simply send the product back in unused condition within 21 days of receipt. Please use the returns form provided. You now have the choice between a different product as a replacement or your money refunded back to your account or credit card.
  Please ensure that you return orders with sufficient postage. Returns where postage is not paid will not be accepted by us. The delivery costs will be refunded to you should we have made a mistake or the product was damaged during delivery, or the product is faulty.

  In all EU countries we deliver fro free for orders over 100 € or 200 € in value depending on your country. Choose your delivery option as Standard. For Swiss customers: Please note that you receive your bill netto - excluding sales tax. All you then have to pay is the Swiss Sales Tax (7,6% of the netto product value) upon receipt of the goods.

  Alongside the delivery option "Standard" we also offer an Express Service with DHL. So if you urgently need your order within 1-2 working days this option is for your. Express Delivery carries an extra charge which is calculated with the weight of your order and the country you live in. The charge is shown in your shopping cart online.   It is possible in all EU countries to choose a payment on delivery service. The costs for payment on delivery including delivery are: Cash on delivery DE, AT Switzerland Other EU countries * Delivery costs 8,90 € not available 20 € * NOTE FOR ALL ORDERS! So that we can successfully deliver your order you have to provide an address where someone will be present to accept the delivery. Please not that a package CANNOT be left at a post office. If the package cannot be accepted at your normal address, then you can provide us with a different address where someone is present (such as a work or neighbour address). top

  We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Diners and American Express. Please have your card company, name of the card holder, the card number and the expiry date at hand, these details will be requested during the order process. The sum will first be reserved on your card, and only then charged from your card when the order is send out from here. Should your order not be sent for some reason then your card will not be charged. When paying my credit card you do not have to enter your details over the internet if you do not wish to, you can also provide us with your details „offline“. To do this simply choose „Prepayment“ as your payment method and complete the order. Finally you can provide us with your credit card details (name of cardholder, number and expiry date) per telephone or fax on: Tel: (+43) 3687-24223-33 Fax: (+43) 3687-24223-55 This was we can then enter your card details into your order manually without using the internet. Should you not have completed the payment during the order process, you can do this any time you wish at a later date. Simply head to "My Account" and then "Orders" and "Not yet paid - pay now". Your order will be process as soon as the payment is completed.

  2. Prepayment

  For our customers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland we have our own accounts for you to make bank transfers more easily and quickly. You will also not be charged transfer fees. To make a payment simply transfer the total sum of the order onto our account. Please ensure that there are no charges to be paid by the receiver. As soon as your transfer arrives in our account we will send your order. Should you be transfering money from another country inside the EU, please ensure you use the BIC and IBAN codes, otherwise you will have to pay transfer fees for abroad.   3. Payment on delivery

  In nearly all EU countries we offer a payment on delivery service. The prices for payment on delivery are: 8,90 Euro for Austria and Germany. 20 Euro for all other EU countries. Please note that the Shipping rate for Payment on Delivery parcels is Standard. Express delivery is not possible for Payment on Delivery.   4. Paypal Paypal is an online system which enables easy, fast and save online payments. All you need is a Paypal account, which works like a normal bank account. To pay via Paypal choose de payment method “Paypal”. Then you will be leaded quickly through the payment process, without having to declare more data. If you haven’t finished the payment procedure during your online-order, you can complete this process at any time. To do this, click on “My Account”, go to “Orders” and then choose “Not yet paid – Pay now”. Your order will be processed as soon as you have completed the payment. It is also possible to pay by PayPal while ordering by telephone or E-Mail. All you have to do is let the staff member that is processing your order know, or just mention it in your E-Mail order. You will then receive a link with which you can make your payment via PayPal. If you have chosen to transfer your payment, but you would like to pay with PayPal, it is possible to change your payment method. You can find out how to do so HERE. • Vouchers

  Redeeming a Voucher
  
  It is very easy to redeem a voucher. Simply enter the code on the voucher or in your voucher email into the field "Redeem a voucher". Please make sure you use capital letters when printed on the voucher, if you don’t then the voucher will not work. Then simply click on "redeem" and the value will be deducted from the order total. If you don’t use the full value of the voucher then the rest will be saved onto your account for future purchases. Now all you have to do is click on "Submit Order" and in a few days you will receive your order. Easy isn’t it?
