The standard delivery times are between 1-7 working days depending on your location.

Please take care of our shipping information at the product’s site: for example “ready for shipment: 5-7 days” doesn’t mean that the package will arrive within the next 5-7 days. It means that we need up to 7 working days to prepare your order for shipment. After that it will be sent.

For Swiss customers: Please note that while ordering from Switzerland, your bill will show the net product value (approx. 14% below the prices displayed in the online store). These net prices become visible to you once you have placed a product in your shopping cart. When you receive the package containing your order, you will be charged the Swiss value-added tax (VAT) (7,6% of the net product value).

3. DHL Express

Alongside the delivery option "Standard" we also offer an Express Service with DHL. So if you urgently need your order within 1-2 working days this option is for your. Express Delivery carries an extra charge which is calculated with the weight of your order and the country you live in. The charge is shown in your shopping cart online.

4. DHL Express World Flatrate

For all customers with delivery zone 4,5 and 6, we offer the express delivery by DHL with fixed prices. Independent from weight and order value you have to pay 20€, 30€ or 50€ according to your Zone.

Additional customs duties can arise, that can’t be taken over by Blue Tomato. The fees are orientated by the kind of article inside the package but also by the value of goods and can vary according to this.

5. Delivery periods

The time it takes for your delivery to arrive depends on the availability of the products you have ordered, as well as your chosen delivery method and the country your order is being delivered to.

Please pay attention to the delivery information on the product detail pages: for example, "ready for shipment: 2-3 working days" does not mean that the package will be sent within the next 2-3 days; it means that we require 2-3 working days to prepare the order for shipment. Only then will your package be sent for delivery. Therefore, you need to calculate this time period on top of the delivery period.

This also applies to DHL Express deliveries!

 

6. Receiving your delivery - IMPORTANT

It is extremely important that you provide an address where someone will be present to accept the delivery. Please note that the package can NOT be left at a post office! (except deliveries to Switzerland)

If no one is present at the delivery address when your delivery arrives, the courier will try again the next day. If no one is present to accept the package on the second attempt, the package will be returned to us.

However, you have the opportunity to provide us with a different delivery address (e.g. work, neighbor, etc.) – that way, you can ensure that someone will be available to accept the package upon arrival.

If you wish to change your delivery address at a later date, please contact our customer service. If you would like to change the address although your package has already been sent, please contact the responsible delivery service (DPD, DHL or UPS) by telephone. You will need your package number.

Package Tracking
You can follow the path of your delivery at any time with the package tracking service. Your package number and the according link will be sent to you by E-Mail on the day your delivery is sent off. You can also find these details under "My Account"”, by clicking on the corresponding order.

Tracking is not possible for payment on delivery or post (only Switzerland)!

Please make sure that your name is clearly visible at your door, so the courier won’t have any problems finding you!
