Blue Tomato was founded in 1994: The European Snowboard Championship winner Gerfried Schuller opened
his first little shop for snowboarders in Schladming.
The Styrian soon realized the great potential of online shopping and started his website (www.blue-tomato.com) in the year 1997. Today Blue Tomato is shipping worldwide! In addition there are also stationary shops in Vienna, Schladming, Haus, Obertauern and Graz. And don't forget the snowboard schools and test centers in Obertauern and Schladming/Planai. Currently Blue Tomato has more then 100 employees, including 60 employess who are working in the online segment. |
