Full protection with the TSG Basic Protection Set

The Basic Set by TSG consists of a wristguard, kneepads and elbow pads and is abrasion- and impact protected. Hardshell covered pads reduce friction against the ground in case of a fall. EVA foam provides great shock-absorbing properties, stress-crack resistance and low-temperature toughness. It can be used in multilayers and is backed with hard shell caps for a solid performance.

The TSG Basic Set comes with a pre-shaped design for unrestricted comfort and perfect fit, while the custom horseshoe shape protects knees and elbows. The moulded foam cushion with a raised top fits perfectly around the joints. The shape minimises slipping and sliding and helps to keep the protectors in place.

You can´t start skateboarding without a proper skateboard protection and TSG Basic Set offer just that! The basic set is very stylish, with its classic shape. I chose size S, as I want the protection to fit snuggly.

The EVA padding below the plastic parts offers a very good shock absorption when you crash. They also don´t slip down and don’t rotate once you pull them on. They are very comfortable to wear, you sweat a little underneath, but that´s quite normal when you´re doing sports. I also like the easy closing with Velcro straps.

I´m very satisfied with the product and this basic set is my to-go choice every time I would need to buy protection. I will definitely buy them for my son, once he starts skateboarding. I would recommend them for beginners and also advanced riders.

Je ne recommande pas ce produit. Les finitions sont mauvaises, les coutures sont visiblement fragiles et ne tiennent pas.

Dans mon cas j'ai reçu un protège poignet mal cousu qui laisse apparaître le renfort supérieur en plastique. Pour éviter des frais de retour et me retrouver sans protections je vais tenter de le recoudre moi-même.
