Dangerous? Thats up to you to decide

But the bigger problem is the interface between board and binding in walking mode is dangerous when traversing on hard pack since it eats up and twists the "key" that keeps the board secure to the binding. In worst case it twists so far that the binding falls off, in best case it twists a bit so it makes it really hard to get the binding off. This is after just 3 tours.
The screws holding the binding to the board keeps coming loose even if I lock-tight them. I think this is because of the construction of the binding. I would say it's because the plate acts as a lever and are prying out the screws. The first time it happened it striped the top part of the threads on my board.
I am now scared of riding them because the flex in the system is very hard to know if its the screws coming loose or just the flex in the system. The screws are also places under the angle adjustment so you have to dissemble all of it to check if they are tight.
So final conclusion. Its the best feeling I had on a split-board binding but I will try to warranty them because they are out right dangerous. Loosing a ski in steep terrain while touring, not being able to get your binding off the ski a late afternoon when you need to get home or your binding coming loose when you ride steep terrain, or any terrain for that matter.
