Tilfredsstillende

Die Handschuhe kamen am Samstag an und nach einem Tag auf der Piste löst sich die Gummierung der Innenfläche teilweise und der Stoff fusselt. Lt. CS sollen die Handschuhe zurück geschickt werden und dann an den Hersteller gehen. Hier darf der Kunde bis zu 6 Wochen warten. Warum kein Austausch erfolgt oder der Artikel bei Rücksendung gutgeschrieben wird, ist fraglich. Die Mitbewerber sind da kundenfreundlicher. (Amazon, Titus) Auf telefonische Nachfrage ist man zwar bemüht, aber Rückrufe des zuständigen Mitarbeiters im CS bleiben aus, obwohl diese zugesagt wurden. So was geht gar nicht!!! Für mich hat sich BlueTomato somit erledigt und ich gehe zum Händler um die Ecke oder bestelle bei titus.de.

Hallo Ingo, es tut uns leid, dass es in diesem Fall zu solchen Umständen gekommen ist. Wie soeben telefonisch besprochen, haben wir das mit unserer Reklamationsabteilung überprüft, der Artikel kann in deinem Fall sofort ausgetauscht werden. Ein Defekt nach so kurzer Tragedauer sollte auf keinen Fall auftreten. Wir möchten uns nochmal aufrichtig für die Umstände entschuldigen. Freundliche Grüße Gernot BT customer.support
